Who you are

You are an early-career professional with a strong interest in sales and a desire to grow within the field. You possess excellent communication skills and are confident in your ability to engage with prospects. You understand the importance of building rapport and providing value to potential clients, rather than just pitching a product. You are eager to learn and receive feedback, participating actively in mentoring sessions with your sales team. You are comfortable working during US hours and are motivated by performance-based rewards.

What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at Almabase, you will play a crucial role in our outbound sales strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and contact decision-makers at universities and schools in the US, utilizing various outreach methods such as emails and phone calls. You will focus on generating marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and sales qualified leads (SQLs), ensuring a quick turnaround time for inbound inquiries. You will work closely with the sales team, introducing interested prospects to an Account Executive who will take over the relationship. Regular one-on-one meetings with your SDR manager will help you refine your skills and improve your performance.
