You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the financial services sector, with a focus on mutual funds. You are results-driven, with a keen understanding of AUM growth and market penetration strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at leading teams to achieve ambitious targets. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll do
As the Zonal Head of Sales, you will take ownership of the mutual fund AUM, gross sales, net sales, and SIP targets for your assigned zone. You will develop and execute zonal sales strategies that are in line with national business objectives. Your role will involve managing a strong pipeline and ensuring conversion discipline across your team. You will lead efforts to build long-term strategic relationships with distributors and partners, expanding the partner network to enhance market reach. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies that drive revenue and profitability, while also ensuring that your team is motivated and aligned with the company's goals. Regularly analyzing market trends and competitor activities will be crucial to your success in this role, allowing you to adapt strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
