SnapLogic is hiring a Head of OEM Sales to define and implement sales strategies across the global OEM business. You'll lead a sales organization focused on integrating the SnapLogic platform into OEM and MSP products. This role requires a proven track record in sales leadership and experience in OEM or embedded software sales.

You have a strong background in sales leadership, particularly in the OEM and embedded software sectors — your experience includes successfully defining and implementing sales strategies that drive growth and market penetration. You have a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams, mentoring sales professionals, and fostering a culture of success and accountability. Your ability to build relationships with product management and engineering stakeholders is key to your success in this role.
You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the OEM and MSP landscape — your expertise allows you to identify opportunities for integration and collaboration that drive mutual success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles, leveraging your experience to close deals and expand existing accounts. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you enjoy working closely with your team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
What you'll do
As the Head of OEM Sales at SnapLogic, you will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy for the global OEM business — your focus will be on growing existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to help them excel in their roles. Your responsibilities will include developing sales plans, setting quotas, and ensuring that your team has the resources and support needed to succeed.
You will collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to understand the SnapLogic platform and its integration capabilities — this knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential OEM and MSP partners. You will also analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine your sales approach. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive revenue growth and expand SnapLogic's presence in the OEM market.
