Who you are
You have a strong background in sales within the technology or consulting sector, with a proven track record of engaging customers and driving business growth. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value is a key strength, allowing you to build trust and foster relationships with clients. You are proficient in business development and have experience executing sales methodologies while managing CRM systems effectively. Your analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to navigate challenges and deliver results that align with customer expectations.
You possess excellent project management abilities, ensuring that you can oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate proposals clearly and secure customer signoff on Statements of Work (SOWs). You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Cloud Architects and Engagement Managers to ensure successful project delivery and customer outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging both new and existing customers, guiding them through transformative projects that involve IT strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations. You will act as the primary relationship owner for ProServe, focusing on understanding and defining business outcomes for customers. Your role will involve identifying applicable AWS Professional Services offerings and creating tailored proposals that meet customer needs.
Following project launch, you will maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure that the agreed business outcomes are being met as outlined in the SOW. Your performance will be measured against key metrics, including revenue, billable bookings, and customer satisfaction (CSAT). You will collaborate with a global team of experts within AWS Professional Services, leveraging their knowledge to help customers realize their desired outcomes when using AWS solutions.
