Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in selling consulting services within the technology sector — your experience equips you to translate complex technical concepts into business value for customers. You are skilled in business development and have a solid understanding of executing sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC. Your analytical and problem-solving abilities enable you to manage CRM systems effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with ProServe Cloud Architects, Engagement Managers, and Delivery Consultants to drive customer success. Building trust with customers is second nature to you, and you excel at identifying applicable AWS Professional Services offerings to meet their needs.
What you'll do
As a ProServe Account Executive, you will be responsible for engaging new and existing customers in transformative programs or projects involving GenAI and hybrid cloud operations. You will work to understand and define business outcomes for customers, creating proposals and securing customer signoff on Statements of Work (SOWs). Following project launch, you will maintain a connection with customers to ensure that the agreed business outcomes are being delivered.
Your performance will be measured against key metrics including Revenue, Billable Bookings, Partner Subcontracting, and customer satisfaction (CSAT). You will leverage your expertise to drive business growth and ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes through AWS Professional Services.
