Who you are
You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's founding sales team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to shape the future of Notion's product and sales strategy in South Korea. You understand the importance of in-person collaboration and are ready to engage with clients face-to-face to drive business success.
You have a strong ability to educate potential customers about how Notion can enhance their team's collaboration, transparency, and productivity. You are comfortable holding meetings, both in-person and via Zoom, to discuss business challenges and goals with prospective clients. Your passion for technology and sales drives you to exceed quotas and deliver exceptional results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will plan, build, and implement Notion's Korea Go-to-Market strategy from the ground up. You will prospect and develop new potential accounts, educating contacts on how Notion can improve their workflows. You will hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals, running product demos to close business at or above quota levels. Additionally, you will help build playbooks and best practices for the sales team, contributing to the overall success of Notion in the region.
