Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Communications and possess extensive experience in ASIC verification. Your background includes defining architecture specifications based on product requirements and creating microarchitecture specifications that guide junior engineers. You are skilled in evaluating third-party IP blocks and estimating power, performance, and area for significant IPs early in the design cycle. Your expertise in running and tracking results of front-end tools, including Synthesis, Lint, Power Analysis, and STA, ensures high-quality RTL delivery. You have a collaborative spirit and enjoy working with verification teams to define functional coverage and assist in creating test plans.
Desirable
Experience with post-silicon validation and a strong understanding of low power communications and video processing technologies will set you apart. Familiarity with architectural modeling and integrated verification environments is a plus, as is a passion for delivering energy-efficient designs that meet customer needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive early architectural and micro-architectural trade-offs to reduce time-to-revenue for Blink and Ring devices. You will work in a vertically integrated team environment, collaborating closely with product teams to ensure that customer requirements are met. Your responsibilities will include executing design specifications to deliver high-quality RTL and ensuring quality through rigorous verification processes. You will lead efforts with verification teams to define functional coverage and work with pre-silicon and post-silicon validation teams to create and execute test plans. Writing high-quality documentation to guide and lead a scalable team will also be a key part of your role.
