What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the expansion of Amazon's last mile logistics program by identifying and onboarding new business partners in your assigned territory. You will work in the field to establish relationships with local businesses, ensuring they understand the benefits of joining the program. You will manage a portfolio of 45 to 50 partners, providing ongoing support and communication to enhance their operational performance.
You will regularly visit affiliated businesses to maintain engagement and gather feedback on their experiences. By conducting heat maps, you will visualize areas within your territory that require new business affiliations, helping to strategically grow the program. Your role will involve clarifying expectations and maintaining effective communication with partners to foster long-term relationships.
