What you'll do
As a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the heartbeat of our technology infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include operating and troubleshooting various systems within our data centers, ensuring that all equipment functions optimally. You will work closely with a diverse team of engineers and specialists, collaborating to solve complex problems that impact our global infrastructure.
You will be responsible for maintaining and operating mission-critical facilities, which includes working with stand-by diesel generators, cooling towers, and air handlers. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing issues and implementing solutions that keep our data centers running efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the design and planning of AWS global infrastructure, ensuring that we meet the demands of our customers.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive starting pay ranging from $31.00 to $55.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Starting on Day 1 of employment, you will have access to a range of benefits, including EAP, Mental Health Support, and a 401(k) matching program.
