Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 1+ years of experience in employee and performance management, demonstrating your ability to lead and develop teams effectively. You pride yourself on maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance, and you have a passion for motivating and mentoring your team. Your leadership style is empathetic, and you lead by example, fostering a positive work environment.
You are proactive in identifying process improvement initiatives and have experience with Lean tools. You understand the importance of collaboration and work closely with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, to meet business objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively ensures that all team members are aligned and working towards common goals.
What you'll do
As an Operations Shift Manager, you will play a critical role in leading your team of associates within the Delivery Station. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are delivered accurately and on time, maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality. You will continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes, ensuring that workflows run smoothly and customer expectations are met.
You will collaborate with various support teams to develop plans that meet business objectives and promote a culture of health and safety on-site. Your role will involve identifying and leading process improvement initiatives, ensuring that your team is engaged and motivated to achieve their best performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining attendance and performance standards, pushing your team to excel in their roles.
