What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for formulating procurement strategies for new logistics facilities across Japan. You will analyze the logistics real estate market to identify opportunities that align with Amazon's growth plans. Your responsibilities will include selecting optimal properties from collected candidates, negotiating with business partners, and obtaining internal approvals for contracts.

You will also oversee the search and procurement of necessary parking facilities for delivery vehicles and employees, ensuring that site operations run smoothly. Collaborating with planning teams, you will execute reviews of existing facility plans, including relocation and consolidation efforts. Your strategic thinking and project management skills will be essential as you work to optimize Amazon's logistics network in Japan.
