Who you are
You are a motivated and customer-focused individual with experience in managing teams. You understand the importance of safety, quality, and performance in a fast-paced operations environment. You have a proven track record of engaging and mentoring hourly workforce members to achieve business objectives. You are physically capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and can stand or walk for extended periods during shifts. You thrive in environments that may be noisy and subject to variable temperatures.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, ensuring they are engaged and motivated throughout their shifts. You will manage key performance indicators related to safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Collaboration with support teams such as Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources will be essential to develop plans that meet business objectives. You will oversee the workflow processes, ensuring that customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. Your leadership will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards within the operations network.
