What you'll do

In this role, you will support the India team in fulfilling the overall strategy for maintaining and developing space requirements for Amazon's warehouse and storage strategy. You will take ownership of the real estate program, which is crucial for the rollout of the Quick Commerce business. This involves conducting on-site surveys, performing comparative financial analyses of lease transactions, and managing projects to ensure timely delivery. You will develop a team of brokers and consultants to assist in delivering building requirements across various formats, ensuring that all acquisitions align with Amazon's operational needs. Regular travel will be required to engage with local teams and stakeholders, ensuring that you are closely involved in the property acquisition process. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong communication with local and central finance managers, IT, legal, operations, and facilities to ensure that all aspects of the real estate strategy are executed smoothly.
