You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and cloud computing. Your experience includes developing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, guiding customers through complex sales cycles, and achieving sales targets. You excel at creating thoughtful account plans and territory strategies, leveraging your technical knowledge to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. You are customer-centric and outcomes-focused, always aiming to deliver clear business value through innovative solutions.

You possess a deep understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies, and you are passionate about shaping the future of the IT industry. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable business outcomes sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with internal teams to drive customer success. You are proactive in identifying opportunities and building sustainable pipelines, ensuring that customers are supported throughout their AI adoption journeys.

Desirable

Experience in technical sales roles, particularly within cloud computing or AI, is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting will enhance your effectiveness in this position. A strong network within the technology industry can also be beneficial as you engage with various stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the achievement of sales targets by developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities. You will guide customers through the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial discovery to agreement, ensuring a smooth and successful process. Your responsibilities will include creating thoughtful account plans and territory strategies in partnership with internal teams, while maintaining accurate forecasting using CRM tools.

As part of the AWS Global Sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations innovate and grow in the cloud. You will be at the forefront of the next evolution of cloud computing, working with foundation models, large language models, and autonomous AI agents. Your insights and expertise will help shape the future of AI adoption across the Korea region.
