Continuous curiosity and a deep understanding of customer objectives are essential traits that you bring to the table.

You have experience working with diverse ecosystems of partners, including cloud architects and AWS specialists, to deliver impactful solutions. Your communication skills allow you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment on objectives and outcomes. You are comfortable navigating complex technology transformation programs, including AI and cloud migration initiatives, and you understand the nuances of the Healthcare and Life Sciences landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take end-to-end responsibility for cultivating relationships with some of Amazon's largest and most strategic Healthcare and Life Sciences accounts globally. You will collaborate closely with executive customers to shape technology transformation programs that drive business value and patient impact. Your success will be measured through revenue, billable bookings, team engagement, and customer satisfaction metrics.

You will orchestrate a diverse ecosystem of partners, including ProServe Cloud Architects and AWS specialists, to deliver exceptional outcomes for your clients. Your role will involve designing ambitious programs and solutions that align with customer objectives, ensuring that you work backwards from their needs to achieve success. You will leverage your expertise in AI and IT modernization to guide customers through their technology transformation journeys.

Amazon offers a competitive salary range for this position, with annual compensation between $170,000 and $253,000 depending on experience and location.
