Continuous curiosity and a deep obsession with customer objectives are essential traits that drive your success in this role.
You bring extensive experience in cultivating relationships with strategic accounts, particularly in technology transformation programs. Your expertise in AI, IT modernization, and cloud migration allows you to effectively shape programs that meet the unique needs of your clients. You understand the importance of earning trust with senior executives and can navigate complex organizational structures to achieve desired outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for managing relationships with some of Amazon's largest and most strategic Healthcare and Life Sciences accounts globally. You will collaborate closely with executive customers to shape technology transformation programs, focusing on AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI transformation, IT modernization, and cloud migration. Your success will be measured through revenue, billable bookings, team engagement, and customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS and CSAT.
You will orchestrate a diverse ecosystem of partners, including ProServe Cloud Architects, AWS Specialists, and Amazon Partner Network Partners, to deliver exceptional outcomes for your clients. Your role will involve designing ambitious programs and solutions that align with customer objectives, ensuring that you work backwards from their needs to achieve impactful results. You will also be responsible for driving engagement and collaboration among various stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and working towards common goals.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range for this position, with annual compensation between $170,000 and $253,000 depending on location and experience. In addition to a robust salary, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
