You have a strong background in sales operations, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and managing cross-functional initiatives. Your ability to think strategically and execute at a tactical level sets you apart, and you thrive in environments where you can collaborate with various disciplines across the organization. You are known for your impeccable judgment and your capacity to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

You possess excellent writing skills, allowing you to create and maintain executive-level communications related to strategic initiatives. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess category needs, challenges, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that inform scalable and repeatable initiatives. You are comfortable working with limited direction and are adept at translating business needs into clear project requirements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership, driving operational strategy in support of the evolving Amazon Ads business. You will plan, design, and run the tactical execution of key initiatives, building and managing a roadmap to achieve results. Monitoring progress against defined business metrics will be a critical part of your responsibilities, ensuring that initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.

You will develop and maintain reporting mechanisms that align with centralized tooling and processes, driving process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. Your role will involve coordinating cross-functional initiatives, enabling effective decision-making processes across the organization. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining executive-level communications related to strategic initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
