Amazon is hiring a Senior AI Specialist Sales to drive the adoption of AWS's AI services across the Telco, Media & Entertainment, and Gametech sectors in India and the SAARC region. You'll engage with C-level executives and require deep AI/ML expertise.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on AI and machine learning solutions. Your ability to engage with C-suite executives — including CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs — allows you to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical implementation effectively. You possess deep expertise in AI/ML, which enables you to articulate the business value of AWS's AI services and drive their adoption across various sectors.

Your experience includes leading strategic conversations that leverage AI for business transformation, and you are comfortable discussing technical architecture with CTOs and CAIOs. You have a strong executive presence and can lead AI-focused Executive Briefing Centers and board presentations, showcasing your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Desirable

Experience in the Telco, Media & Entertainment, or Gametech sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with AWS's full stack AI services, including Amazon Bedrock and Trainium. You are adept at structuring conversations around business outcomes and can demonstrate a history of driving successful sales initiatives in competitive environments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with C-level executives to drive the adoption of AWS AI services, focusing on Generative AI and Agentic AI as priority areas. You will lead discussions that highlight the business transformation potential of AI, working closely with solution architects to provide deep dives into technical implementations. Your responsibilities will include structuring strategic conversations around business outcomes, leading workshops, and presenting at Executive Briefing Centers.

You will articulate the differentiation of AWS AI services across various aspects, including model choice, security, and cost optimization. Your role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that AWS's AI offerings are positioned effectively in the market. You will be responsible for driving sales execution and ensuring that the adoption of AWS AI services aligns with customer business goals.
