Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in cloud technologies and customer support, ideally with experience in AWS services. Your technical acumen allows you to effectively communicate complex concepts to customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from AWS. You are skilled in building relationships and understanding customer needs, which enables you to advocate for their interests within AWS. You are comfortable engaging with senior leadership and discussing technical strategies and risk management. Your ability to analyze customer environments and provide proactive guidance is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As a Technical Account Manager at Amazon, you will serve as the primary technical advisor for National Security customers, helping them navigate their AWS journey. You will craft and execute strategies to drive adoption of AWS services, ensuring that customers are utilizing best practices for their cloud environments. Your role involves regular communication with customers to understand their operational needs and technical challenges, allowing you to provide tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining the operational health of customer environments, addressing incidents, and managing support requests. Your insights will help shape customer strategies and enhance their overall experience with AWS.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $131,300.00 - $177,600.00 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
