You are proactive in identifying customer needs and challenges, and you take the initiative to craft strategies that drive adoption and usage of AWS services. Your technical acumen enables you to advocate for best practices and operational health within customer environments. You are comfortable with travel as needed, demonstrating your commitment to building strong relationships with clients.
What you'll do
As a Technical Account Manager at Amazon, you will serve as the primary technical advisor for National Security customers, helping them navigate their AWS journey. You will work closely with clients to understand their business and operational needs, providing tailored guidance on how to leverage AWS services effectively. Your role will involve crafting and executing strategies that drive customer adoption of services like EC2, S3, and Lambda, ensuring they are operationally healthy and aligned with best practices.
You will engage in regular discussions with senior leadership at customer organizations, addressing incidents, trade-offs, and risk management. Your ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights will be crucial in fostering strong relationships and trust with clients. You will also collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure that their feedback is incorporated into AWS service improvements.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $131,300.00 - $177,600.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
