What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the strategic technical advisor for National Security customers, helping them leverage AWS services effectively. You will engage with clients to understand their business needs and technical challenges, ensuring they receive tailored support and guidance. Your role will involve crafting strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive the adoption of AWS technologies.

You will work closely with customers to monitor their AWS environments, providing insights and recommendations to keep their operations running smoothly. Your ability to build strong relationships will enable you to advocate for your customers within AWS, ensuring their voices are heard in product development and support.
