Overview

Hubstaff is hiring a Customer Success Manager to oversee the customer journey for over 400 SMB customers across North and South America. You'll focus on onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a data-driven approach.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in managing a diverse portfolio of clients across different regions. Your ability to build strong relationships and understand customer needs is paramount, as you will act as a trusted advisor to your clients. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You are data-driven and use insights to drive customer engagement and retention strategies. Your problem-solving skills allow you to navigate complex situations with empathy and effectiveness.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the customer journey from onboarding through to renewal, ensuring that each customer achieves their desired outcomes with Hubstaff. You will focus on driving rapid activation and long-term adoption of the platform, working closely with customers to understand their goals and challenges. Your responsibilities will include managing escalations, overseeing billing processes, and collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience. You will also analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for expansion within your portfolio. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the overall growth of Hubstaff.
