Experience with digital analytics platforms, particularly Amplitude, is a plus. Familiarity with product management or marketing strategies will help you excel in this role. What you'll do

As a Senior Value Consultant at Amplitude, you will lead and guide prospects and customers through the end-to-end process of utilizing our digital analytics platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, helping them to leverage our tools effectively to enhance their product and marketing strategies. You will conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices and ensure they are getting the most value from our platform. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to provide feedback and insights that can help improve our offerings. You will also be responsible for tracking customer success metrics and reporting on progress to stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding our services within existing accounts.
