Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in business consulting, ideally with experience in education or workforce development — you understand how to articulate the value of training programs and their impact on organizational performance. You are skilled in building relationships with key stakeholders and can navigate complex organizational structures to drive change. Your analytical mindset allows you to quantify business impacts effectively, and you are comfortable presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership. You thrive in high-growth environments and are passionate about upskilling and the future of work.
Desirable
Experience working with apprenticeships or educational programs is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and tech adoption in the workforce. You have a track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving strategic initiatives that lead to measurable outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the end-to-end value narrative for Multiverse's clients, ensuring they understand the ROI of their investment in apprenticeships. You will work closely with clients to identify their needs and tailor solutions that align with their business goals. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to enhance the apprenticeship offerings and ensure they meet market demands. You will also be a key player in maintaining and growing relationships with vital accounts, acting as a strategic partner throughout the customer lifecycle.
