Who you are

You have a strong background in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in technology or AI solutions — you understand the nuances of the Indian market and how to navigate its diverse industrial landscape. Your ability to build relationships with key stakeholders in large organizations is crucial, as is your skill in articulating the value of AI in driving digital transformation. You are adaptable and can tailor strategies to fit local market dynamics while aligning with global objectives.

You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills — you can effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your experience in securing large deals and managing enterprise accounts has equipped you with the insights needed to succeed in this foundational role. You are proactive and results-driven, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

What you'll do

As the first Enterprise Account Executive for Industries in India, you will pioneer Anthropic's enterprise AI adoption strategy — your role will involve identifying and engaging with leading enterprises to secure transformative deals. You will work closely with global teams to adapt strategies that resonate with local enterprises, ensuring that Anthropic is positioned as a trusted partner in their digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Anthropic's AI solutions can drive efficiency and innovation.

You will also play a critical role in shaping the go-to-market strategy across multiple verticals — this includes developing a playbook for how Anthropic serves Indian enterprises and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives and execution. Your insights into the Indian enterprise ecosystem will be invaluable in navigating challenges and identifying opportunities for growth.
