Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in technology or AI solutions — you've successfully driven revenue growth by securing strategic deals with top enterprises. Your consultative sales expertise allows you to understand customer needs and position solutions effectively, making you a trusted partner in their journey to adopt AI technologies.

You possess strong technical acumen, enabling you to communicate complex AI concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders — your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, ensures that you can refine value propositions and sales methodologies effectively. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the evolving landscape of AI technologies.

Your experience spans various industries, and you have a deep understanding of sector-specific solutions — whether it's Financial Services, Healthcare, or Media, you know how to tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each vertical. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with go-to-market teams to drive the adoption of innovative solutions.

Desirable

Experience in AI or technology sales is a plus, as is familiarity with the EMEA market dynamics — you understand the nuances of different regions and can navigate complex sales cycles effectively. A network of contacts within key industries can help you accelerate your success in this role.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Anthropic, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of safe, frontier AI solutions across various industries in the EMEA region. Your primary focus will be on securing strategic deals with top enterprises, unlocking new value streams throughout their businesses. You will leverage your consultative sales expertise to understand customer needs and position Anthropic's AI solutions effectively.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including go-to-market, product, and engineering, to continuously refine our value proposition and sales methodology. This collaboration will ensure that you can effectively communicate the differentiated value of our offerings in the EMEA landscape. You will also contribute to the go-to-market strategy for our Industries team, focusing on sector-specific solutions and strategies within key verticals.

Your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and becoming a trusted partner in their AI adoption journey. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.
