Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record as an Enterprise Account Executive with at least 5 years of experience in sales, particularly within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Your deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem allows you to navigate complex buying processes and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in major healthcare systems. You are skilled in developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive adoption of innovative solutions, particularly in AI. You possess excellent negotiation skills and are adept at closing enterprise deals, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with technical teams to articulate the value of AI solutions tailored for healthcare applications. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You are proactive in identifying and qualifying new opportunities, utilizing your network and industry knowledge to drive growth. You are passionate about leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes and optimize healthcare operations.
Desirable
Experience with AI solutions or technology implementations in healthcare is a plus. Familiarity with strategic partnerships, such as those with AWS, can enhance your ability to expand market reach. A background in healthcare policy or operations can also be beneficial in understanding the nuances of the industry.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at driving the adoption of Anthropic's AI solutions within payor and provider organizations across the EMEA markets. You will build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring that you understand their needs and can effectively communicate how Anthropic's solutions can transform patient care and optimize operations. You will partner with the HCLS Applied AI team to articulate technical capabilities and develop compelling value propositions tailored to healthcare-specific applications.
You will identify and qualify new opportunities through discovery calls, demonstrations, and collaborative problem-solving sessions. Navigating complex buying processes will be a key part of your role, as you negotiate contracts and close enterprise deals. You will leverage strategic partnerships to expand Anthropic's reach in the healthcare market, monitoring and reporting on sales pipeline, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform your strategies.
