Who you are

You have a strong background in consultative sales, particularly within the federal civilian sector — your experience has equipped you with a deep understanding of federal operations and procurement processes. You excel at building relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor on AI capabilities and implementation. Your ability to navigate complex compliance requirements, including FAR/DFAR, sets you apart in this role.

You are strategic in your approach, developing and executing account plans that align with agency missions and modernization initiatives. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to refine strategies for the federal market. You are committed to maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance in all your dealings.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new business and revenue growth specifically within federal civilian agencies, owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach through deployment. You will navigate the unique requirements of federal civilian procurement, ensuring compliance with security standards and agency-specific regulations. Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers will be crucial as you become a trusted advisor on AI capabilities and implementation.

You will coordinate closely with cloud service providers like AWS and GCP, as well as system integrators, to enhance the deployment of AI solutions. Your role will involve developing strategic account plans that align with agency missions, ensuring that your approach is tailored to meet the specific needs of each agency. You will also collaborate with internal teams to refine Anthropic's approach to the federal civilian market, ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of security and compliance.
