Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience leading teams in a technology-driven environment. Your leadership style is focused on coaching and developing team members, ensuring they excel in their roles and drive customer value effectively. You possess deep product knowledge and understand how to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction across various offerings. You are adept at building scalable processes and methodologies that enhance team performance and customer outcomes.
You have a proven track record of managing strategic enterprise accounts and driving consumption growth through effective change management and adoption strategies. Your analytical mindset allows you to track core customer success metrics and identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at fostering relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
What you'll do
As the Manager of Customer Success at Anthropic, you will directly manage and develop a team of 5-8 Customer Success Managers who support strategic enterprise accounts. You will coach your team on best practices in customer success, focusing on value realization and expansion methodologies across Anthropic's product suite. Your role will involve maintaining strategic oversight of high-impact customer engagements, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds core customer success metrics.
You will be instrumental in building scalable customer success processes and playbooks that define how the organization grows and matures. This includes driving accountability within your team to achieve consumption growth and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development, enhancing the overall customer experience.
