You have extensive experience in recruiting, particularly within sales and partnerships, and have successfully led teams in high-growth environments. Your ability to build systems and processes is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with business leaders and regional teams. You understand the nuances of recruiting across different segments, including SDR, Startups, Mid Market, Enterprise, and Strategic sales. You are committed to maintaining a high bar for talent and ensuring a cohesive candidate experience.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at scaling recruiting efforts to meet the demands of a rapidly growing organization. Your experience includes developing and implementing best practices that enhance the recruiting process and improve candidate engagement. You are a strategic thinker who can align recruiting goals with business objectives, ensuring that the right talent is in place to support organizational growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the recruiting efforts for Anthropic's Sales and Partnerships organizations, managing a team of recruiters and ensuring alignment with regional leaders. You will be responsible for developing and executing a global recruiting strategy that supports the company's rapid growth. This includes owning the programmatic elements of recruiting and driving consistency across different regions. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and the Head of Global BD & Partnerships to understand their talent needs and ensure that recruiting efforts are aligned with business goals.
You will also focus on building a strong employer brand that attracts top talent in the sales and partnerships space. This involves creating a positive candidate experience and ensuring that hiring managers are equipped with the tools and resources they need to make informed hiring decisions. As a leader, you will mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence in recruiting.
