You have a strong background in AI technologies and solutions architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering. Your ability to establish processes and best practices will help your team achieve high productivity and career growth. You are committed to creating reliable and interpretable AI systems that benefit users and society.
What you'll do
As the Manager of Solutions Architecture, you will lead the Applied AI Architect team, focusing on driving the adoption of Anthropic's products across large enterprises in the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements, ensuring that AI solutions are deployed effectively and safely.
You will establish best practices for pre-sales engagements and represent Anthropic as a technical lead on key partnerships. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to help customers incorporate leading-edge AI systems into their internal business transformation initiatives and customer-facing products. You will also mentor your team members, helping them grow in their careers and achieve success in their roles.
