What you'll do

As the Manager of the Applied AI Architect team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Anthropic's products across large enterprises in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to help customers incorporate leading-edge AI systems into their internal business transformation initiatives and customer-facing products. Your role will involve establishing best practices for your segment's pre-sales engagements, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet customer needs effectively.

You will lead and grow the Southern Europe Applied AI Architect team, focusing on helping each team member achieve success and career growth. Your responsibilities will include representing Anthropic in technical discussions with key partners and ensuring that the deployment of AI technologies meets the highest standards of reliability and safety. You will leverage your consultative sales experience to drive positive AI transformation that addresses customers' business needs and technical requirements.
