Who you are

You are a seasoned enterprise partnership sales manager with a proven track record of orchestrating complex, multi-dimensional global relationships. You have experience operating at the C-suite level, effectively managing relationships with multiple global systems integrators. Your strategic mindset allows you to transform partnerships into significant revenue engines, nurturing their growth from initial enablement to scaled practices that deliver transformative customer solutions. You thrive in high-stakes environments and are adept at driving tactical wins across various markets and industry verticals. Your ability to own the strategic roadmap and revenue accountability for a portfolio of partnerships is a key strength. You understand the importance of collaboration and can work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the strategic architect and executive owner of Anthropic's relationships with up to three tier-one global systems integrators. You will be accountable for transforming these partnerships into billion-dollar revenue engines, overseeing their growth from initial enablement through to industry-specific practices. You will drive the strategic roadmap, investment prioritization, and development plans for these partnerships, ensuring they become critical drivers of Anthropic's enterprise growth. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating co-selling initiatives, channel enablement, solution development, and joint go-to-market execution across each partner. You will work closely with the global leadership of your partners, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies. Your role will require you to navigate complex relationships and drive execution-focused outcomes that contribute to Anthropic's mission of creating reliable and beneficial AI systems.
