Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in partner sales within an international IT company, demonstrating a deep understanding of the Japanese partner ecosystem. Your ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders has led to the success of partner businesses, showcasing your expertise in navigating complex sales processes and purchasing cycles.
Your experience includes handling enterprise software products, allowing you to effectively communicate the value of Box's offerings to partners. While proficiency in English is preferred, your ability to engage with partners in Japanese is essential for this role.
What you'll do
As a Partner Sales Manager at Box, you will be responsible for developing annual and quarterly business plans for your assigned partners. You will work closely with these partners to strengthen relationships and drive collaborative efforts that enhance their business performance. Your role will involve coordinating with other sales teams and executives to expand Box's partner business in Japan.
You will facilitate training sessions and seminars to promote collaboration with partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to leverage Box's solutions. Analyzing the partner business landscape in Japan will be crucial, as you will provide the necessary support to maximize partner performance.
Additionally, you will be tasked with developing the partner community, which includes System Integrators (SI), Independent Software Vendors (ISV), and resellers. Crafting go-to-market strategies with your partners will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring alignment with Box's overall business objectives.
