What you'll do
As the Head of Sales for the APAC region, you will be responsible for hiring and developing a regional sales team that covers customers across the APAC market. You will drive the execution of sales policies and practices, enabling and coaching your teams to achieve their targets. This includes joining sales calls to provide support and guidance, ensuring that your team members are well-versed in the products and services offered by Sendbird. You will develop strategic sales plans that align with the company's goals, focusing on promoting sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
