What you'll do
As a Sales Manager at Anthropic, you will lead a team of Strategic Account Executives, driving the adoption of safe AI solutions among top enterprises in the Digital Native space. You will develop and implement sales strategies that meet and exceed revenue quotas, ensuring your team is equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. You will work closely with Applied AI Engineering and Product teams to help customers embed and deploy AI, uncovering its full range of capabilities. In collaboration with GTM and Marketing teams, you will continuously refine our value proposition and sales methodology to ensure differentiated value across the landscape. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performing team culture, where coaching and mentorship are prioritized. You will also be responsible for tracking sales performance metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve business objectives.
