You have 4-7 years of sales experience in a SaaS business, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with technical audiences. Your background has equipped you with the skills to build meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with the company's goals. You possess a strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, and are comfortable leading negotiations. Your experience has taught you the importance of establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within sales accounts, allowing you to effectively drive business growth. You are proactive in seeking out new opportunities and are motivated by achieving sales targets.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Baseten, you will play a crucial role in building the foundation and processes for customer-facing teams. You will lead, negotiate, and execute new sales opportunities, working closely with the founders and marketing team to develop a robust sales pipeline that supports quarterly and annual sales targets. Your responsibilities will include consulting with existing customers to understand their needs and shaping the product and go-to-market roadmaps accordingly.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to improve the customer experience and ensure sales effectiveness, leveraging your insights to enhance the overall sales strategy. Your role will involve regular communication with both internal teams and external clients, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the sales process.
