AppDirect is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive user acquisition and generate qualified leads. You'll engage in prospecting and collaborate with Account Executives to create opportunities. This role is ideal for competitive individuals early in their sales careers.

Youβre a competitive, driven sales professional early in your career who thrives on hitting targets and uncovering high-quality opportunities. You bring strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and a hunger to continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. You take ownership of your work, collaborate well with Account Executives, and are motivated by improving your craft and delivering real pipeline impact.
What you'll do
In this role, you will execute day-to-day prospecting through calls, emails, and social outreach to meet or exceed call, email, and prospected-accounts targets. You will conduct discovery calls to qualify inbound and outbound leads and pass internal cold call and discovery call assessments. Your responsibilities will include creating and surfacing qualified opportunities for Account Executives and collaborating on next-step account engagement. You will research and profile target accounts, delivering research support for the Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives.
