Hootsuite is hiring a Manager, Enterprise Sales to lead the growth of their Enterprise Sales team. You'll manage sales personnel and ensure a positive customer experience. This role is hybrid based in Toronto or Vancouver.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in enterprise sales, and have successfully built and led high-performing teams. Your experience includes overseeing the recruitment and development of sales professionals, ensuring they align with company standards and values. You possess strong leadership skills and are adept at fostering a collaborative environment that encourages team members to excel. You understand the importance of a seamless customer experience and are committed to enhancing the buying journey for prospective clients.

You are skilled in developing sales strategies and executing plans that drive revenue growth. Your analytical mindset allows you to monitor sales pipelines effectively, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing tactical plans to achieve targets. You have experience collaborating with senior leadership and various stakeholders to operationalize strategies that align with business goals. You are a strong communicator, capable of inspiring your team and partners about product changes and enhancements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and manage a high-performing Enterprise Sales team across diverse geographic locations. You will oversee the development of the enterprise sales pipeline and ensure the successful closing of new business contracts to meet and exceed both personal and company revenue targets. You will be responsible for executing the Enterprise sales strategy, proactively engaging with stakeholders to gather insights and develop plans that drive business growth. Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the health of the sales pipeline will be key responsibilities, as will identifying areas for improvement.

You will partner with senior leaders to facilitate strategic planning discussions and operationalize changes that enhance sales processes. Your role will involve creating and delivering messages that inspire your team and partners about product changes. You will collaborate closely with account management and customer value teams to ensure a smooth and positive buying experience for prospective customers. This hybrid role allows you to work from either the Toronto or Vancouver office, providing flexibility while you lead your team to success.
