Overview

Notion is hiring a Manager of Enterprise Sales to lead and scale their sales program in the AMER region. You have a proven track record in sales leadership, ideally with experience in scaling sales teams within a software or technology environment. Your operational discipline is complemented by a consultative, value-based selling approach that helps customers reimagine their collaboration and execution processes. You thrive in ambiguous situations and can effectively scale proven playbooks while remaining hands-on in your leadership style. Your passion for building a winning culture is evident in your ability to inspire and coach your team.

You understand the importance of in-person collaboration and are committed to fostering a strong team dynamic. Your experience includes working with large organizations and understanding their unique challenges, allowing you to tailor solutions that drive real change. You are adept at navigating complex sales cycles and can effectively communicate the value of transformational software to diverse stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-growing technology company is a plus, as is familiarity with subscription and usage-based revenue models. You may have a background in enterprise software sales or have worked with large-scale organizations, giving you insights into their operational needs and challenges.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Enterprise Sales at Notion, you will play a critical role in scaling the sales program for the AMER region. You will be responsible for hiring, inspiring, and coaching a team of Account Executives who will sell Notion's transformational software to some of the world's largest companies. Your leadership will be essential in developing a sales strategy that aligns with Notion's long-term growth objectives.

You will work closely with your team to establish sales goals and metrics, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed. Your hands-on approach will involve actively participating in sales calls and meetings, providing guidance and mentorship to your team members. You will also collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product, to ensure that the sales team is equipped with the right tools and information to effectively engage with prospects.

Your role will require you to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You will be expected to adapt strategies based on performance metrics and feedback from your team and customers. Building a strong culture of collaboration and accountability within your team will be a key focus, as you work to create an environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute to Notion's success.
