Hightouch is seeking a Regional VP of Enterprise Sales to lead and grow their Enterprise sales team. You'll work closely with Account Executives to drive quota attainment and account development. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills.

You are a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You thrive in building and developing empathetic, solutions-oriented teams that drive significant impact. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively coach and mentor your team, ensuring they meet their quotas and develop their accounts successfully. You possess a growth mindset and are motivated by achieving goals while fostering a collaborative team environment. You understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration and are comfortable working with marketing and legal teams to drive an account-based marketing strategy.
What you'll do
As the Regional VP of Enterprise Sales at Hightouch, you will be responsible for leading the Enterprise sales team, reporting directly to the VP of Enterprise East. Your primary focus will be on coaching and training your team of Account Executives to ensure they meet their quotas and develop their accounts effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Development Representatives and Marketing, to implement a successful account-based marketing strategy. You will also be involved in strategic planning and execution to drive growth in the enterprise segment, leveraging your expertise in AI and cloud data solutions to position Hightouch as a leader in the market. Your role will require you to analyze sales performance metrics, provide feedback, and implement best practices to enhance team performance and achieve sales targets.
What we offer
Hightouch offers a competitive compensation package with on-target earnings ranging from $400,000 to $430,000 annually, including a base salary between $200,000 and $215,000. In addition to a strong base salary, we provide meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, early exercise opportunities, and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
