You'll focus on developing partnerships and negotiating deal frameworks in the media and entertainment sector. This role requires 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have over 15 years of relevant industry experience in managing or building partnerships specifically for media or entertainment services. Your background includes working with Carriers, MVPDs, Financial Services, and other third-party media entertainment companies. You possess a strong understanding of the US Carrier and OTT landscape, and you have a robust business network at the Senior Executive level. Your proven track record of successful negotiations and outcomes with both third parties and cross-functional efforts within a large business sets you apart as a leader in this field.
You are a highly motivated, high-energy, proactive team player with great attention to detail. You thrive in fast-moving, complex environments and are adept at developing and managing partnerships with third parties to distribute and market Apple’s media and entertainment services. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to seek out new opportunities and innovate within the industry.
Desirable
Experience managing an experienced team of business development professionals is a plus. You are comfortable with significant travel and have a passion for media and entertainment, which aligns with Apple’s mission to grow its Services businesses.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the Apple Services team’s global growth efforts by focusing on developing and growing distribution and partnership opportunities. You will negotiate deal frameworks and terms while helping to prioritize the platform solutions needed to support this area of the business. Your leadership will guide the team in meeting strategic business objectives, and you will collaborate with a multitude of internal and external teams to achieve these goals.
You will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities and fostering relationships that enhance Apple’s media and entertainment services. Your ability to navigate complex negotiations and drive successful outcomes will be crucial in this position. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.
