Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in design verification engineering, with experience in pre-silicon verification methodologies. You thrive on solving complex challenges and have a mindset geared towards breaking designs to ensure robustness. Your attention to detail and analytical skills enable you to develop comprehensive test and coverage plans based on micro-architecture specifications.
You are familiar with all phases of pre-silicon verification, including establishing DV methodologies, developing test plans, and creating verification environments. Your ability to write effective tests and debug failures is complemented by your understanding of RTL freeze and tape-out processes. You are passionate about delivering high-quality products that enhance user experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of fully functional first silicon for various IP designs. You will establish and implement design verification methodologies tailored to the specific needs of the IP. Your responsibilities will include developing verification environments, which encompass stimulus, checkers, assertions, and coverage trackers. You will execute verification plans, ensuring that all features under your care are thoroughly tested and validated.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate design bring-up and regression enabling features. Your role will involve debugging test failures and iterating on verification plans to enhance coverage and efficiency. You will play a critical part in the overall success of the product development lifecycle, ensuring that the designs meet the highest standards of quality before they reach production.
