Who you are

You have a strong background in sales engineering, particularly in the enterprise space, with a proven ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Your experience includes working closely with sales teams to drive customer success and ensure technical wins throughout the sales process. You are comfortable presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences and have a knack for building relationships with clients.

You possess technical expertise in cloud technologies and data solutions, including AWS, GCP, Azure, and data warehousing platforms like Snowflake and BigQuery. Your familiarity with data replication and pipeline technologies, as well as your ability to work with tools like dbt and Grafana, sets you apart. You are also proficient in Linux and Python, enabling you to understand and address technical requirements effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with the Enterprise sales team to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how Fivetran's solutions can meet their needs. You will develop and deliver technical presentations that showcase the value of our data replication technology. Your responsibilities will include managing the proof-of-value process, ensuring that customers see the benefits of our solutions firsthand.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and changes within Fivetran, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Your role will involve identifying technical requirements and providing ongoing support to customers throughout their journey with Fivetran. You will also be responsible for staying updated on industry trends and advancements in data technology to better serve our clients.
