Artsy is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to lead the vision for their Sales Operations Team. You'll oversee strategic roadmap planning, data analytics, and AI-driven automations while collaborating with senior leadership. Who you are

You have a strong background in sales operations, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving strategic initiatives. Your experience includes overseeing systems infrastructure and implementing data analytics to enhance sales performance. You are comfortable working with AI-driven automations and understand how to leverage technology to improve efficiency across sales and operations. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with senior leaders and articulate the sales ops strategy.

You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You are adept at building reporting dashboards and providing actionable insights on sales performance and operational KPIs. Your ability to document processes and provide training ensures that new tools and processes are adopted smoothly across the organization. You are a thought partner to leadership, identifying gaps and architecting solutions that balance trade-offs between tech debt and new initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategic roadmap planning and execution for the Sales Operations Team, identifying opportunities that impact revenue and efficiency. You will drive the adoption of AI-powered automations, recommending use cases that enhance productivity. Building reporting dashboards and analytics will be a key responsibility, providing insights into sales performance and pipeline health. You will also provide documentation, training, and change management to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and tools.

As a thought partner to senior leadership, you will identify gaps in the current systems and architect solutions that address these challenges. You will evolve Artsy’s sales systems ecosystem, which includes CRM, data platforms, integrations, and automation tools. Additionally, you will own the management of external tooling, including vendor selection and renewal processes. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the Sales Operations Team is equipped with the right tools and strategies to succeed.
