Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in managing customer relationships and driving growth. You understand the importance of building long-term partnerships and have experience in engaging with customers early in their journey. Your ability to prioritize and segment accounts allows you to identify opportunities for expansion effectively.
You are proactive and results-driven, with a knack for developing strategic account plans that target high-potential customers. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams. Your experience in a hybrid work model means you are comfortable balancing in-office and remote work.
What you'll do
In this role, you will proactively manage a diverse range of customers who are early in their journey with Asana. You will prioritize and segment your accounts to identify growth opportunities and develop plans to achieve incremental Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets. You will build and execute account plans for high propensity accounts, focusing on increasing adoption and retention within your account base.
You will also engage in outbound prospecting motions targeting white space accounts, ensuring that you follow up on inbound opportunities effectively. Your role will involve acting as a key voice of the customer to the product team, helping to identify and overcome any technical, educational, or competitive obstacles that may hinder growth.
