Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in a channel sales environment, where you've successfully driven revenue growth through partnerships. Your experience allows you to act as a strategic advisor, guiding partners to effectively manage and expand their business with Celonis. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with partners and customers alike. Your understanding of the Celonis platform is deep, allowing you to provide comprehensive support across the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales strategy to renewal management. You are results-driven, with a focus on achieving targets and fostering partner success. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Desirable
Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with process intelligence technology. You may have a background in account management or business development, which complements your sales expertise. A strong understanding of AI and data-driven decision-making will enhance your ability to support partners effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned partners, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate. You will develop and implement business strategies that leverage the strengths of your partners, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their Celonis channel business. Your responsibilities will include driving partner sales deals, providing contractual guidance, and managing renewals and account expansions. You will also engage in customer interactions as needed, stepping in to support your partners in closing deals and addressing customer needs. Your role will require you to analyze market trends and partner performance, using insights to refine strategies and drive growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that partners receive the necessary resources and support to thrive. Your success will be measured by the revenue generated through your partner territory and the overall satisfaction of your partners.
