What you'll do

As a Sales Manager at Asana, you will lead a team of 6–10 New Business Account Executives, providing hands-on coaching and deal support to accelerate their development. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability, ensuring that your team consistently meets and exceeds their sales targets.

You will engage with prospects and early-stage customers, driving adoption and engagement while laying the foundation for long-term relationships. Your role will involve operationalizing sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability, allowing your team to focus on what they do best—building strong customer connections.
