You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience leading high-performing teams in a commercial environment. Your leadership style is coaching-first, emphasizing clarity and structure to help your team excel. You understand the importance of building a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, and you thrive in collaborative settings where cross-functional partnerships are key to success.
You possess strong communication skills and can articulate strategies effectively to both your team and upper management. Your experience includes working with diverse teams and navigating the complexities of sales processes in a competitive landscape. You are passionate about data-driven decision-making and understand how to leverage analytics to drive performance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and develop a team of New Business Commercial Account Executives focused on outbound-led new business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to build a culture of high ownership and strong execution, ensuring that your team consistently performs at a high level. You will coach both tenured and newer representatives, helping them progress in their careers and achieve their sales targets.
You will play a visible leadership role within the EMEA Commercial organization, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to shape growth strategies in the region. Your ability to amplify the strengths of your team will be crucial as you work to enhance their performance and drive results. You will also be responsible for reporting to the Director of Commercial Sales, EMEA, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
