Overview

Assembled is hiring an Account Executive to help win new customers for their workforce management platform. You'll be responsible for generating your own pipeline and closing deals while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong sales skills and the ability to engage with C-level executives.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the software or technology sector — you've successfully generated your own leads and closed deals, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex sales processes. Your confidence in engaging with C-level executives sets you apart, as you can clearly articulate value propositions and create excitement among prospects.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure customers are onboarded effectively and set up for success. Your ability to multithread and access various stakeholders within organizations is a key strength that you bring to the table.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Assembled, you will identify high-potential businesses and verticals, developing and executing outbound strategies to bring them to our platform. You will run effective sales processes from start to finish, including conducting product demos, negotiating contracts, and managing security and procurement discussions. Your role will also involve being a trusted advisor to prospective customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they understand the value of our solutions.

You will leverage your insights from customer interactions to help develop our go-to-market playbook and improve operational processes as we scale. Your contributions will be instrumental in building our sales team and establishing Assembled as a leader in workforce management solutions.
